Description
Italiano: Il Miso Morbido di Ceci e Orzo della CibOfficina Nesler è prodotto utilizzando orzo e ceci locali, sale marino integrale di Sicilia e acqua. Per produrre questo miso non viene usata soia. Si tratta di un miso artigianale di produzione italiana al 100%. Questo miso morbido è caratterizzato da un gusto delicato e intenso, ottenuto con una fermentazione secondaria (maturazione) relativamente breve di 4-6 mesi.
English: CibOfficina Nesler's Mellow Miso of Chickpeas and Barley is produced using local barley and chickpeas, whole sea salt from Sicily and water. No soya is used to produce this miso. It is an artisanal miso of 100% Italian production. This mellow miso is characterised by a delicate and intense taste, obtained by a relatively short secondary fermentation (maturation) of 4-6 months.
