Description
Italiano: Il MISO MATURO di CECI e ORZO (tipo 2) della CibOfficina è prodotto utilizzando orzo e ceci locali, sale marino integrale di Sicilia e acqua. Non viene utilizzata soia. Tutta la lavorazione è artigianale. Questo miso maturo è caratterizzato da un gusto intenso e pieno, ottenuto con una lunga fermentazione secondaria (maturazione) di 2 anni, da cui deriva la definizione “tipo2”.
English: CibOfficina's MATURE MISO OF Chickpeas and barley (type 2) is produced using local barley and chickpeas, whole sea salt from Sicily and water. No soya is used. All processing is artisanal. This mature miso is characterised by an intense and full flavour, obtained through a long secondary fermentation (maturation) of 2 years, hence the designation 'type 2'.
