• Since I couldn't view the entire brochure, a check for copyright renewals for brochures was done for the years 1964 and 1965. Nothing pertaining to the railroad was found. There's no evidence of any continued copyright claim, if the item was copyrighted to start with.

This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1929 and 1963, and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed.
