Object history The portrait was housed in the Collection of Radziwiłł family in Neswież (till 1941), then in the State Art Gallery in Minsk (in 1941), in the Museum of the History of Great Patriotic War (1948–1957), in the State Museum of Byelorussian SSR (1957–1968); in 1968–1972 the painting was restored at the All-Union Central Research Laboratory for Conservation and Restoration of Museum Works of Art in Moscow.
