Summary[edit]

Description
English: Electric music instruments like the electric guitar use quarter-inch / 6.35mm phone sockets for audio connections. This is a modern example socket combining a plastic body with conductive metal elements. The included plastic washer can isolate the socket electrically from a conductive (e.g., metal) mounting panel.
