  • Dansk: John Evelyn (1620-1706), Wooten; gennem arv til J.H.C. Evelyn og videre til Shearman Stonor, Stonor Park, Henley-on-Thames i Oxfordshire. Værket tilhørte en gruppe på over 50 tegninger, der i midten af 1950'erne blev fundet af Sherman Stonor blandt John Evelyns papirer i biblioteket på Stonor Park. Det er ikke klart, hverken hvordan eller hvornår John Evelyn erhvervede tegningerne; solgt til ubekendt på auktion hos Sothesby's, London, 15. marts 1966 (lot 18); solgt på auktion hos Christie's, London, 8.juli 2009. (lot. 101 )til Jean-Luc Baroni Ltd.; herfra til KKS.
