Medieval Pottery Sherds
Description
English: Three Early Medieval (Anglo Saxon) - Medieval conjoining rim and base sherds from a large bowl (11th – 13th century). The vessel is hand-made with a shelly fabric and has been fired in a partially oxidised kiln. The bowl has an angular and slightly inturned rim and sagging base.
