Medieval Mount
Description
English: A Medieval (1200-1400) copper alloy lozengiform/ square mount with two seperate in situ rivets, bent to the reverse and broken. It measures 14.37x13.48x4.29mm and weighs 1.4g.

The mount is flat (1.81mm thick) with slightly angled edges. The points are almost rounded and between each point along the edge is a moulded square projection (which does not extends beyond the edge of the mount).

The two rivet hols are at opposing corners of the lozenge/ square.
