Description
Español: Medallón de Maestro Asador, en el Asador Rafael Corrales, de Aranda de Duero (Burgos), España. Otorgado por la Asociación de Asadores de Lechazo. El medallón está situado en una de las paredes del mesón. La tradición dice que los maestros asadores deben asar cordero siguiendo el método traidicional: con horno de adobe y barro, con leña, normalmente de encina o roble, y cazuela de barro.
