The density of small solid samples can be measured with an analytical balance

Summary[edit]

Description
English: A scientist measures a solid sample weight with an analytical balance equipped with a kit for density determination. The density of solids, such as a bulk ceramic as depicted, can be measured with an analytical balance. Special kits for the analytical balance allow the determination of the solid's density based on the Archimedes' principle. In the picture, the kit for density determination is mounted in the analytical balance.
