Congrats to #1 SpaceX and #2 Tesla. I believe this is the source of enduring success.

This simple image has proved to be my <a href="https://twitter.com/dfjsteve/status/705925529388453888" rel="nofollow">most popular tweet</a> to date, thanks to <a href="http://www.autoblog.com/2016/03/08/working-tesla-meaning-stress-relatively-low-pay" rel="nofollow">Elon's retweet</a>.

Looking at <a href="http://www.payscale.com/data-packages/top-tech-companies-compared" rel="nofollow">more of the data</a>, we see that facebook has the youngest employees of the group, and SpaceX is second-youngest.
