English: West side of 400s block of George Norris Avenue in McCook, Nebraska; seen from the northwest. The building at right with a peaked roof and columns in front is the former post office, now an antiques store. In the center is the main building of the High Plains Museum. The Mission Revival building at left is the McCook Public-Carnegie Library, now a part of the museum. The library building was constructed in 1907, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. |
