Description
English: (1 in a multiple picture set)

The area to the south of Mt. Shasta has a very pretty, forested geography with the McCloud River running through it. There is an old lumber town at the base of the mountain called McCloud and it is a great , quiet place to stay while you are in the area.

One of the things that make this town unique is that their city water pipes contain fresh mountain (COLD) water which needs no filtering.
