Description
English: Looking upstream along the Maury River in Goshen Pass, at the State Route 39 overlook immediately below the Laurel Run confluence, in Rockbridge County, Virginia, United States. Here the Maury is typically a much calmer stream (see typical image from the same spot); this image was taken one day after heavy rain in the upper reaches of the river's watershed.
