Inititated as an Entered Apprentice April 13th A.D. 1990, A.L. 5990.
Passed to the Degree of Fellow Craft May 10th A.D. 1990, A.L. 5990.
This is to Certify that Garden Garden City Lodge__ No. _59_ is a just and lawfully constituted Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons, working under a Charter from the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Illinois__. Dated at __ this _28_ day of September__ A.D. 1990__ A.L. 5990__. Sr. Sec.
This is to certify that Lucas S. Rawls, Sr. whose signature appears upon the margin in his own handwriting has been regularly Initiated as an Entered Apprentice, Passed to the Degree of a Fellow Craft, and Raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason, and that he is now a member of Garden City Lodge No. 59 located at Chicago, IL And we recommend him as such to all Brothers and Fellows wherever dispersed upon the Globe.
