Summary[edit]

Description

OK, caught up on my "Year Ago Today" project, after being off line for a few days.

During the Northern Explorer tour with Pierre Duval from Bushbaby Safaris, Andy and Angie Rae from Rae Safaris, and the inimitable Andrew Goodall from Nature's Image Photography, we traveled west from Victoria Falls to Namibia's Skeleton Coast via some of the most spectacular scenery and incredible wildlife you could ever hope to see.

Day 7 was at Chobe Safari Lodge at Kasane. During the early morning game drive, we encountered this handsome male leopard marking out his territory. A wonderful experience at any time, but in the golden glow just after sunrise it was really special!

Great to look back on these happy times.
