English: This photo was taken from the Gardens by the Bay area, where we came in close contact with the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) mall and hotel from where we were located at that point in time.
Marina Bay Sands is an integrated resort fronting the Marina Bay area in Singapore and is considered an iconic and popular landmark of the city. The resort consists of a 2,561-room hotel, a 120,000-square-metre (1,300,000 sq ft) convention-exhibition centre, the 74,000-square-metre (800,000 sq ft) of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands Mall, a museum, a large theatre, "celebrity chef" restaurants, two floating crystal pavilions, art-science exhibits, and the world's largest atrium casino with 500 tables and 1,600 slot machines altogether. This picture aims to showcase how beautiful, grandiose, and elegant the landmark looks to both tourists and locals alike even when it is seen up close in person from Gardens by the Bay area at any time and anywhere. Seeing this local tourist attraction place / landmark in person really makes a huge difference in comparison to the photo as beauty is truly in the eye of the beholder. |
