Español: La obra, que es conocida como la Virgen de las Fiebres, representa a la Virgen María, que aparece sentada, junto al Niño Jesús, que se halla de pie y a la derecha de su madre, al tiempo que aparece arrodillado ante ellos el cardenal Francisco de Borja (1441-1511), que no debe ser confundido con su pariente, San Francisco de Borja.
