Description Spc. Jose Gonzalez, left, and Sgt. Jeffrey Cook inventory and organize the thousands of medical records in the Mannheim Army health clinic in preparation for its closure Sept. 30. The health center located on Benjamin Franklin Village originally opened in 1956. All active duty records will transfer to Coleman Barracks Troop Medical Clinic.
