Bengali community and their love for sweet dishes.

Summary[edit]

Description
English: Sweet Doi (Yogurt) or 'Misti Doi' is a must have dessert item in the Bengali cuisine. The image contains a different version of this yogurt which is made with mango commonly known as 'Aam Doi' or Mango Dahi. This 'Aam Doi' is from the heritage sweet shop known as Makhan Lal Das and Sons. Tucked away in the old lanes of north Kolkata, this shop is almost two century old.
