Summary[edit]

Description
English: Malai Kofta is a Mughlai dish famous in north India and the word "malai" refers to cream and "kofta" refers to balls or dumplings made up of paneer and vegetables. The dish is rich in gravy and goes well with a number of Indian dishes such as roti, naan, puri and rice. The Indian bread shaped "masala kulcha" is a type of leavened bread made of wheat flour with spices in this case, hence the term masala.
