Description
English: Ludwigsplace
Deutsch: Ludwigsplatz. Dies ist eine Skizze des ursprünglichen Bebauungsplanes mit den Namen der nachgewiesenen Erstbesitzer der Palais' am Ludwigsplatz. Das Gymnasium, das an der Stelle der heutigen Treppe stand, wurde im Mittelbau schon 1768 abgerissen, die kreigszerstörten Seitengebäude wurden 1945 niedergelegt. Die kleinen Eckhäuser vom kleinsten Typ (ohne Namenseintrag) wurden nie gebaut, auch das heute fehlende Haus rechts hinterm Turm (gegenüber dem "Feuchten Ludwig") wurde nie gebaut. Diese Skizze wurde ursprünglich von Thomas Bergholz für das Buch "Burgen und Schlösser an der Saar", 3. Auflage 1995, gezeichnet.
