Français : Pierre Cartellier (Français, 1757-1831), Louis Petitot (Français, 1794-1862) et Charles Crozatier (Français, 1795-1855): Statue équestre de Louis XIV à Versailles, France. Dessin par Pierre Cartellier. A sa mort, seul le cheval (initialement dessiné pour une statue équestre de Louis XV, commandée en 1816 par Louis XVIII pour la Place de la Concorde, statue non réalisée) était achevé; cavalier par Louis Petitot, genre de Cartellier, le tout fondu en bronze par Charles Crozatier en 1838. Erigée d'abord dans la Cour d'Honneur du château de Versailles, démontée lors de la reconstruction de la grille de cette cour, remontée sur la Place d'Armes en 2009.
