Français : Lille - Hôtel particulier, boulevard de la Liberté Nº 142. Style renaissance flamande - 1890 -.
Architecte : Louis Cordonnier (lieu d'habitation et atelier de L.M Cordonnier).
Matériaux : pierre de Soignies et briques de Hollande.
Ferronnerie : M. Desmedt * de Bruxelles - Sculpteur Edgar Boutry - Entreprise E. Rouzé à Lille.**.
"Maison de maître aux allures de petit château urbain de style néoflamand. Large façade à 3 travées : 2 travées identiques et 1 travée large marquée par un ressaut de la façade et un traitement de la toiture différent.
Effet de socle et corniche sous chéneau marquent l'horizontalité de la demeure. Large baie cintrée du séjour, hautes et étroites baies droites, porche en œuvre aux arcs en plein-cintre. 3 fenêtres mansardées à toit à 2 pans en pavillon.
Elément saillant : bow-window en bois à toit débordant. Détails et modénatures : cabochons sphériques en alternance, frise de fleurs sous chéneau s'alternant avec les consoles, girouettes, fers d'ancrage, cartouche feuillagé (en faillance), bossage en pointe de diamant à assise régulière, colonnette. Polychromie de la façade par l'emploi de matériaux différents".*** - Véranda, "côté jardin**.
