Deutsch: Blick über den Dächern der Oasenstadt Ghadames.
Früherer wichtigster Knotenpunkt der Kamelkarawanen in alle Himmelsrichtungen der Sahara. Die Altstadt umgibt eine 7 km lange Mauer und in der Altstadt standen früher über 30.000 Dattelpalmen. Heute ist die Altstadt als Wohngebiet von der UNESCO gesperrt. Die Bewohner wurden alle in eine neu errichtete Stadt umgesiedelt. |
