Description
English: Architect Daniel Libeskind and Battery Park City Authority president Jim Cavanaugh at an event on Sunday, December 17th, 2006 in Battery Park, NYC. The event was to sign a 53.4-ton steel beam which will be placed as part of the Freedom Tower foundation during the week of December 18, 2006. Victims' family members, as well as the general public, were invited to sign the beam.
