Summary[edit]

Description
English: Judah Ben-Hur, from the novel Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ by Lew Wallace; carved on limestone frieze on the south side of the Wallace study in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The carving was done under Wallace's supervision, and is presumably a good representation of the author's own image of the character.
