Credit line Provient du polyptyque du maître-autel de l'église du couvent de Sant' Agostino de Pérouse.
Notes Placé côté nef, en pendant avec "Saint Herculan et saint Jacques le mineur", le panneau de Toulouse était surmonté par un jeune "Saint".La majorité des oeuvres du polyptyque sont conservées à la Galerie Nationale de l'Ombrie à Pérouse mais également à Birmingham (Alabama), à Lyon et au Louvre. Un élément a brulé à Strasbourg en 1870.
