English: This is the a very good example of lean manufacturing where the raw materials (quantity that are usually enough for half shift) are placed directly next to the machine for processing .
Once the pallet are to the last of min 3 boxes, operator usually will alert material handler to retrieve additional raw materials to keep the machine operating continuously. |
