Inscription detail: ÆDEM HANC DOM TEMPORIS ET ÆTERNI-TATIS CONDITORI SACRAM SANCTIS SIMÆ RELIGIONS CULT MI DICATUM HEREDIBUS AD VERAM NOBILITATEM QUE IN VIRTUTE POSITA EST NOBILITATEM SIBI ET POSTERIS QUO COMPLICATIS VELIS IN OPTATAS SEDES CONQUIESCANT PORTUM EXTRUI ET EXORNARI CURABUNT CAROLUS ET ANNA MORAVIÆ COMES ET COMITISSA ANNO ÆRÆ CHRISTIANÆ MDCCXXXI ANNO GIIR QUINTO. (E&OE). This house and temple be kept forever a sacred tomb for holy and devout folk and their descendants, yada yada... ....Charles and Anna, Earl and Countess of Moray will take care of it all... In the year of the Christian Era 1731, the fifth year of the reign of George II. (Translation, as yet, unfinished. Assistance gratefully accepted if anyone's good with Latin) so far we have...
