Description
Français : Ce larynx artificiel externe était alors le premier à restituer la voix humaine. Il fut inventé par le Dr Taptas en 1899 pour soigner une patiente arménienne qui, malade d'un cancer du larynx, avait perdu l'usage de la voix. Cette avancée fut relatée en 1900 dans cet article : Un cas de laryngectomie totale pour sarcome. Larynx artificiel externe. Annales des Maladies de L’Oreille et Du Larynx, 26 (1) :37-45.
