Object history City property.
Exhibition history 61 ° may of the Guild of Goldsmiths of Paris, it was offered in 1691 for a chapel of the cathedral Notre-Dame. In 1736 the chapter offered it to the Basilica of Larchant to be placed above the high altar where it was installed in 1739. Then it was moved to the bottom of the church after the construction of the bell tower.
