Description
English: Districts Altenburg and Ronneburg of Duchy of Saxe-Altenburg. (1900-1922)
Deutsch: Landratsämter Altenburg und Ronneburg sowie die kreisfreie Stadt Altenburg im Herzogtum Sachsen-Altenburg. Diese Verwaltungsstruktur existierte von 1900 bis 1922, wobei sie ab 1918 bis 1920 im Freistaat Sachsen-Altenburg und von 1920 bis 1922 im Land Thüringen bestand. Zuvor bildeten diese drei Gebietskörperschaften den Ostkreis des Herzogumes Sachsen-Altenburg, der von 1826 bis 1900 existierte. Exakterweise muss hinzugefügt werden, dass die Gemeinde Mosen im Herzogtum Sachsen-Meiningen am 1.1.1913 zum Großherzogtum Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach kam.
