Description
עברית: פארק האגמים נשר. האגם הוא תוצר של מפעל נשר למלט. בעת יצירת המלט על ידי בית החרושת, היה צורך בבוץ בתהליך הייצור כתוצאה מכך עלו מי תהום למעלה והאגמים נוצרו. במשך השנים ייצור המלט במפעל המלט בנשר פסק והייצור עבר למפעל נשר ברמלה. האגמים נותרו כמו שהם כשהשטח סגור למבקרים. בעקבות החלטת הבעלים של בית החרשות, כלל תעשיות לבנות שכונה במחצבת נשר הישנה וגם על שטח המפעל של נשר שעומד לפני סגירה, הועברו שטחי האגמים לבעלות העיר נשר. עיריית נשר הצליחה לקבל תקציב של 40 מיליון ש"ח מהקרן לשיקום מחצבות ויחד איתה החלו בפרויקט שנקרא פארק האגמים במסגרתו יהפכו האגמים לאתר תיירות ונופש בעיר נשר. התמונה צולמה מצד צפון מזרח לכיוון דרום מערב מתוך האגם לכיוון העיר נשר, מפעל המלט נשר והר הכרמל. מצד שמאל עובר נחל קישון
