Description
English: Lacquer Dipper with Cloud Design and Small Lacquer Bowl with Cloud Design, Western Han dynasty (206 B.C-24 A.D.), excavated from the tomb of Li Xi in Mawangdui, Changsha, Hunan. They are exhibited at the Hunan Provincial Museum.
中文(中国大陆):湖南省长沙市马王堆利豨墓出土的云纹漆匜和云纹漆水盂,它们都是盥洗用具。“匜”是浇水器物。“盂”是盛水器物。主要是在祭祀时使用。长者拿“匜”浇水给贵族洗手,少者拿“盂”接洗完手的水。这种礼仪诞生于西周中后期,盛行于东周。它们现存于湖南省博物馆。
