Español: Soy Gravitania Zerpa, venezolana, pastelera y cocinera profesional, realice mis estudios profesionales en el Centro de capacitación profesional Alta Cocina, Diplomado de Ciencia y Gerencia de la Gastronomía en la Universidad Simón Bolívar, Diplomado Asesor Metabólico en UNIMETAB, Diplomado de neurogastronamia Aplicada con Merlin Gessen, así como múltiples cursos y talleres.
En la actualidad soy Socia fundadora de Zerma Cocina Alternativa, encarga de la creación, formulación de menús así como su preparación de comidas saludable, equilibradas, libres de aditivos químicos y persevantes industriales. Comidas lista, empacadas al vacío y congelada, lista para servir, con solo calentar. La Chef Zerpa es la suma de la gran vida profesional que tengo, es mi corazón de cocinera convertido en marca y esencia, es todo lo que soy, es mi forma de compromiso, de lealtad, amor y entrega para todos ustedes. |
