Description
Español: Densidad electrónica del enantiómero S-carnitina. Rojo = más densidad electrónica, celeste = menos densidad electrónica. Se aprecia que la zona con carga negativa (grupo carboxílico) muestra una mayor densidad que aquella con carga positiva (grupo amonio).
English: Electron density of an S-carnitine molecule. Red = electron dense area, light blue = lower electron scarce area. It's shown that the carboxilic group displays a higher density due to the negative charge, while the ammonium group has a lower density due to the positive charge.
