Description
English: Die Immobilie Lützowstraße 11 ging 1893 in den Besitz des Kaufmannes Edmund Müller über. Das Hinterhaus unter der Adresse Lützowstraße 11a tauchte im Adressbuch der Stadt Hannover von 1895 noch nicht auf (siehe hier) und wurde laut dem Adressbuch des Folgejahres 1896 zunächst von dem Buchdruckereibesitzer August Höltje (siehe hier) bis 1898 genutzt. Ab 1899 leerstehend und bis 1904 ohne Mieter, verzeichnete das Adressbuch von 1905 erstmals den Buchdruckereibesitzer Georg Pinkvoß als Nutzer des bis heute erhaltenen Hinterhauses. Im Parterre stützen hohe, gußeiserne Säulen das saalähnliche Erdgeschoss, während der Hof durch eine vor dem Hinterhaus befindliche Tiefgarage untergraben ist. An der Fassade eine Tafel mit dem Hinweis
