Description
Français : Soupe de haricots mungo, haricots mungos et de bien plus grosses pousses de soja jaunes utilisées en cuisine chinoise. Les germes de soja ont été achetés chez un fabricant de tofu du quartier de Belleville à Paris, qui n'utilise pas du tout de mungo. Les mungos viennent d'une supérette chinoise de Belleville
English: Mung bean soup, dry mung beans and much bigger soybean sprouts, both in chinese cuisine. Soybean sprout come from a tofu maker/seller in Belleville, Paris, that don't sell any mungo stuff.
