English: Sailor cap worn by sailor of the Reichsmarine, the navy of the Weimar Republic, serving onboard the German Kreuzer Karlsruhe, a light cruiser in service from 1929 to Nazi Germany's attack on Norway in World War Two on 9 April 1940, when struck and damaged by a British Royal Navy submarine torpedo and scuttled by an escorting German torpedo boat.
