| Description |
Deutsch: Einige Tage alter kortikaler Hirninfarkt rechts hochfrontal. Das linke Bild (DWI) zeigt noch eine deutliche Diffusionsstörung. Das rechte Bild (T1 mit Kontrastmittel) zeigt die saumartige Kontrastmittelanreicherung als Zeichen der Schrankenstörung. Eine gleichzeitig aufgetretene Hämorrhagie war schon in T1 nativ zu sehen, aber deutlich schwächer hyperintens.
English: A few days old right superiofrontal cortical cerebral infarction. The left image (DWI) still shows a clear diffusion disturbance. The right-hand image (T1 with gadolinium contrast) shows the seam-like contrast agent enrichment as a sign of blood-brain barrier disorder. A haemorrhage was also visible in a T1 without contrast. |
