Description Das Logo vom Kombinat Industrielle Mast (KIM) als VEB, Sektion Lausitz. Dort wurden die Tiere ermordet, um diese dann zu schlachten. Leider war es zu der DDR-Zeit so, dass man eigentlich nichts von vegetarischer Ernährung wissen wollte. Auch hätte man ohen Fleisch kaum überleben können, wenn man hart arbeitete. Man hätte sehr billig Fleisch ersetzen können. Mit Gewürzen, Blumenkohl und Reis. Ohne große Forschung. Die Staatssicherheit hatte hier sehr arg aufgepasst wegen Tierseuchen. Es gab auch Delegierungen von Arbeiterinnen, die erst jeden Tag 400 Kälber geschlachtet hatten und dann als Kindergärtnerinnen arbeiteten.
