★ English: Russian language memorial plaquette at the northern (Slovakian) bridgehead of the Elizabeth bridge in Komárom. The text reads as: “The bridge was destroyed by German fascists in 1945, was restored by order of comrade I. S. Konev, Marshal of the Soviet Union by the engineering parts of the Red Army with the help of industrial enterprises of the Czechoslovak Republic”
Magyar: Orosz nyelvű emléktábla a komáromi Erzsébet híd északi (szlovákiai) hídfőjénél. Szöveg: „A hidat a német fasiszták 1945-ben lerombolták. Újjáépítette I. Sz. Konyev elvtárs, a Szovjetunió marsallja parancsára a Vörös Hadsereg mérnöki részlege a Csehszlovák Köztársaság ipari vállalatai segítségével.” |
