Udstillet i juli-august 1906 iflg. årsberetning 1906-07. 1 dublet, er modtaget fra N. Zahles Gymnasieskole i november 1979 tillige med 2 prøvetryk af billederne fra Lærerstandens Adresseavis, 2. juni 1892, med foromtale af billederne.
English: Cnut the Great humbling himself to his hird ("vederlag"). The story goes that Cnut broke the hird's rules and as consequence he felt he had to ask forgiveness from them. Colour lithograph on paper, glued on cardboard.
