Description
English: Checking whether the sharpening angle was correct: Paint the blade with a waterproof pen and then sharpen on the sharpening stone. If there is a black line at the edge of the knive the angle was too low.
Deutsch: Überprüfung, ob im richtigen Winkel geschärft wird: Schneide wird mit einem Wasserfesten Stift eingefärbt und dann geschärft. Falls aussen an der Schneide noch eine schwarze Linie bleibt, war der Winkel zu klein.
