| Description |
English: Kisdon Force, Swaledale. A good flow of water over these two striking falls in Spring. Well coloured from its peaty origins. The people are a group of fungus hunters on a spring foray of the Yorkshire Naturalists' Union. Interesting to compare the trees to the right of the upper fall, with Gordon Hatton's photo 12 years later 339877 - they do not seem to have grown much. |
