[edit]
Description
English: King Street from the Castlegate. This is the main road north from the city centre. The imposing building on the left was first the North of Scotland Bank, then Clydesdale Bank and today is the "Archibald Simpson's" pub. This is in honour of Aberdeen's most famous architect, designer of this granite building and many others in the city centre.
