فارسی: شهر خرو [Kharw] دومین مرکز جمعیتی و یکی از مهمترین قطب های کشاورزی دشت نیشابور است که در 18 کیلومتری شمال شرقی نیشابور در مسیر مشهد واقع شده است. شهر خرو یکی از بزرگترین تولید کنندگان محصولات باغی در سطح کشور است و آلوی بخارای خرو شهرت جهانی دارد و بهمین خاطر با لقب «پایتخت آلو بخارای ایران» شناخته می شود. معماری بافت سنتی خرو پلکانی ست و ازین رو شهر خرو را ماسوله خراسان نامیده اند. و بر فزار پشت بام ها در این فصل آلو های گسترده شده رو میبینیم که از آفتاب تمنای خشک شدن را میکنند و صحنه های زیبایی را پدیده می آورند. آلوهایی که توسط مردان روستا برداشت و توسط زنان زحمت کش در مسیر پوست کنی و خشک شدن قرار میگیرند. از مهر ماه تا پایان آبان ماه هر سال از دیزباد بالا تاگرینه و درود و باغشن و قدمگاه زبرخان گرفته تا بوژان و کلیدر و بار و همینطور اردوغش تا خرو همه و همه در کار تولید آلو فعال هستند و هر ساله از حدود هرساله از ۱۸۰۰ هکتار اراضی زیر کشت آلو در نیشابور حدود 24 هزار تن انواع آلو برداشت می شود.
