In a motion that was originally withheld from the public Omar Khadr's lawyers stated that this photo showed that when Omar Khadr's body was first found he was buried in rubble, and couldn't have thrown a grenade.
Second photo, showing Omar Khadr's body. In 2008 in a motion that was originally withheld from the public, his lawyers argued this photo showed rubble had to be moved aside to before his body was exposed. Note the entrance wounds showing he was shot in the back. Witness "OC-1" claimed, in OC-1 CITF witness report Khadr was leaning against a bush when he shot him in the back -- not lying on the ground, buried in rubble as this photo seems to show.
Entrance wounds. Compare with the exit wounds shown in File:Omar Khadr getting battlefield first aid.jpg.
