| Description |
English: Outdoor stove in Hungary, with pots covering the fire-holes. The pot hanging from the irod tripod can be used to cook all types of goulash. The shallow dish in front of this might be used for frying schnitzel, for example. The lid can be seen to the side. The two saucepans in the foreground might contain, for example, noodles or gnocchi.
Deutsch: Kesselanlage in Ungarn. Ganz hinten hängt ein Kessel an einem dreibeinigen Eisenständer. Hierin kann man alle Variationen von Gulasch kochen, darüber hinaus alle sonstigen Suppen ebenso. In der Mitte ist auch eine Art Kessel sichtbar, daneben liegt sein Deckel. In diesem Kessel wird Öl heiß gemacht, und man backt darin z. B. u. a. den Langosch aus. Auch kann darin alles weitere gebacken werden wie z. B. Schnitzel ... Und ganz vorne in den zwei Töpfen kann man parallel beispielsweise Suppennudeln, Nockerln kochen, denn manchmal ist es besser, einiges getrennt zuzubereiten.
